Traveling is one of my greatest passions and I decided to make it a focal point of a design series for an Advanced Typography course my senior year of college.  I focused on using imagery to create type, specifically the airport codes of American cities.  The images and colors used for each poster reflect both local flavor and tourist attractions specific to each city.  

While the poster series would be great for tourist purchases and for those looking to show their hometown pride, I ultimately saw these designs hanging as massive banners in airports greeting guests as they began their time in that city.
